OVULATION DISORDERS;About one quarter of infertility causes are due to ovulation disorders.if a woman has ovulation disorder,she might ovulate infrequently or not at all.POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME (PCOS)is one of the most common disorders impacting ovulation.other causes of ovulation disorders includes OVARIAN INSUFFICIENCY and HYPOTHALAMIC AMENORRHEA.
AGE.
Infertility due to age is one of the most common causes of female infertility.As a woman gets older, the number of her eggs decreases rapidly.Additionally,the quality of her eggs also decreases,increasing the chances of chromosomal abnormalities.studies have shown that approximately 70% of miscarriage are due to CHROMOSOMAL ABNORMALITIES.

ANTIBODIES THAT ATTACK SPERM.

Infertility can result from disorders of the testicles themselves or an abnormality affecting other hormonal systems including the HYPOTHALAMIC, pituitary,thyroid and andrenal glands.

GENETIC DISORDERS.

Testosterone replacement therapy,long term anabolic steroid use,cancer medications (chemotherapy),certain anti fungal medications,some ulcer drugs and certain other medications can impair sperm production and decrease male fertility.

Certain surgeries may prevent you from having sperm in your ejaculate,including, vasectomy,inguinal hernia repairs,scrotal or testicular surgeries, prostates surgeries and large abdominal surgeries performed for testicular and rectal cancers,among others.in most cases, surgery can be performed to either reverse these blockage or to retrieve sperm direct from the epididymis and testicles.

A digestive disorder caused by sensitivity to GLUTEN,celiac disease can cause male infertility.fertility may improve after adopting a GLUTEN-FREE diet.
INFECTIONS.
Some infections such as; gonorrhea or inflammation of the testicles,can affect sperm production or sperm health or can cause scarring that block the passage of sperm.
